Hey there! I’m Latoya Shanell, a multi-passionate entrepreneur, wife, mommy to two little girls, and a bonus mom to a college-aged son. I’m the CEO of L’ Shanell + Co., an event management and marketing agency. We specialize in business and brand event management, marketing, consulting, and gifting.

 

In addition to my agency, I also manage a lifestyle apparel brand, Culture Boss, four Etsy shops, and multiple brands like Event Pros Unplugged, I Am Chicago Fashion, and L’ Shanell Boss Round Table. Like many of you, I juggle a lot and often prioritize others before myself. But I’ve learned that we can’t pour from an empty cup.

 

Self-care, stillness, and surrounding yourself with the right community are key to leveling up—not just in business, but in life. That’s why I created this event. I believe being surrounded by a supportive community of small business owners who truly get the ups and downs of entrepreneurship is essential to reaching new levels of success.
